Preeti’s favorite foods are red bell peppers, penne arrabiata, mushroom risotto, vegetable lo mein, minestrone soup, pasta salad, veggie pizza, nachos & salsa, basmati rice with chole and cheese & veggie sandwiches. Her favorite beverage is Coca-Cola in a 12 oz. can (no ice), although she tries to limit her Coca-Cola intake for health reasons. Preeti generally does not eat meat, but she has been known to sample fish and chicken on rare occasions. |

In addition to writing, Preeti also loves distance running, and was aptly nicknamed “Energizer Bunny” during her undergraduate years. (She just keeps going and going and going….) Earlier this year, she completed the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati, Ohio. |
